Barry's International Kitchen

As far as I know there is no such magazine as Gourmet, although there could be and probably should be.  This mock front cover was made by a weekend guest and I like it quite a bit.  She is very creative.  But if there is a Gourmet magazine I will delete this with my apologizes. 

 I created this site to share some of the things I have learned over the last 50+ years about cooking.  I am still on a steep learning curve but I keep working at it until I get a recipe where I want it.  I am open to any questions or  comments you may have, use form below .  

I have called the site Barry's International Kitchen because I bounce all over the planet and I will generally spend months on a cuisine and then leave it and may never come back to it.  I have been doing a lot of Oriental cooking lately but that could change at any minute if something catches me and I go off and spend a ton of money on spices and products to produce authentic ethnic foods.  Some things I have been making since I was a kid and other things I just learned yesterday.
