I make all types of pizza from pepperoni to this Greek Pizza.  I suppose you can buy pizza dough but it is so easy to make I don't know why you would.

Pizza Dough

Cup of warm milk microwave for about 50 seconds to 110 degrees
2 tsp of sugar
2 1/3 cup of all purpose flour
1 tbsp of rapid yeast
1/2 tsp of Sea Salt (table salt will work)
Recipe can be halved or doubled depending on how much you need.

use separate dish to make yeast, tbsp of yeast and tbsp of warm water(not hot) tap water, mix well it doesn't come together all that easily so work at it and leave for 10 minutes before using.

Mix in bowl until it stays together for kneading and then turn out on board, Knead for about 5 - 10 minutes until soft and workable.  I just use the same bowl, put a little oil in the bowl and on the dough, cover and leave for 30 minutes.

Use as much as you need, excess can be refrigerated or frozen for later use.

Turn out on the board and make the shape and size you need.  I use a round pan and turn it over on the dough when it is close to ready and cut a little bigger around the pizza pan.  Do whatever you have to do to strength the dough, with the tops of your hand like a fish pushing out will work but then a roller is good, I like it thin, but you do it the thickness you like.

Topping
Fresh sliced tomato to fill top of pizza
As many pitted and sliced Kalamata olives, from 1/2 to a whole bottle of 6.7oz jar
Feta cheese, enough to cover top
Spinach, about 1/4 of bag or as much as you like.

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Use a pan or a stone.  If you use a pan, oil the pan with whatever you like I use Olive Oil.
Push dough into all areas of the pan
Apply sliced tomato and Spinach
Cook in oven for about 15 minutes
Take out and put olives and feta

cook another 5 or 10 minutes, depending on how much the oven cooled off, the crust should be nice and brown

This is an easy preparation and is delicious.
